Revocation and restoration of license--conditions.

338.067. 1. In any order of revocation, the board may provide that the

person may not apply for reinstatement of his license for a period of time

ranging from two to seven years following the date of the order of

revocation. All stay orders shall toll this time period.



2. Before restoring to good standing a license, certificate or permit

issued under sections 338.010 to 338.315 which has been in a revoked,

suspended or inactive state for any cause for more than two years, the board

may require the applicant to attend such continuing pharmaceutical education

courses and pass such examinations as the board may direct.
