SECTION 40-6-3.11



   § 40-6-3.11  "Dependent child" defined.

–

For purposes of this chapter, the term "dependent child" shall mean a dependent

child as defined by title IV-A of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 601

et seq., as amended.
