Horse Racing

SECTION 41-3-8



   § 41-3-8  Licensing of owners, trainers,

jockeys, and other personnel. –

The division at its discretion shall license owners, trainers, jockeys,

starters, exercise boys, hotwalkers, grooms, and all other stable personnel as

well as pari-mutuel employees, concessioners and vendors, security personnel,

licensees, employees, pari-mutuel totalizator companies and its employees, and

all employees of race track management.
