Attorney for Receipt of Process

SECTION 39-10-6



   § 39-10-6  Corporation charter or list of

partners filed. –

Every corporation or partnership shall file in the office of the secretary of

state, with the written power described in § 39-10-2, a copy of the

charter of the corporation or a list of the names and the places of residence

of all the members of the co-partnership.
