Election and Qualification of Officers

SECTION 45-4-6



   § 45-4-6  Determination of number of

council members to be elected. –

Before the election of members of the town council is begun at the town

meeting, the electors shall determine the number of officers to be elected,

except as may otherwise be specifically prescribed by law.
