Designers of Individual Sewage Disposal Systems

SECTION 5-56.1-6



   § 5-56.1-6  Expiration and renewal of

licenses. –

(a) A designers' license shall be in effect for a period not to exceed three

(3) years following the date of issuance.



   (b) A license shall be renewed upon payment of a renewal fee

and upon satisfactory completion of any continuing education required by the

licensing authority.
