   § 28-25-7  Access to boilers and pressure

vessels – Time of inspection. –

The owner of any boiler or pressure vessel, whether or not subject to

inspection under the provisions of this chapter, shall allow the inspector free

access to it at all reasonable times. The owner of any boiler or pressure

vessel subject to inspection shall have the boiler or pressure vessel ready for

inspection at such time as shall be fixed by the inspector upon being given not

less than two (2) weeks written notice of the day fixed. In fixing the day, the

inspector shall comply with the convenience and business requirements of the

owner as far as he or she reasonably can. The chief or the inspector may, in

his or her discretion, make any inspection on Sunday.
