Eminent Domain

SECTION 42-64.12-11



   § 42-64.12-11  Severability. –

If any provision of this chapter, or the application thereof to any person or

circumstances, shall be held invalid, any invalidity shall not affect the

provisions of this chapter which can be given effect without the invalid

provision or application, and to this end the provisions of the chapter are

declared to be severable.
