SECTION 35-10.2-3



   § 35-10.2-3  Definitions. –

As used in this chapter, the following terms, unless the context requires a

different interpretation, have the following meanings:



   (1) "Commission" means the state investment commission;



   (2) "Participation Unit" means the equal proportionate share

into which the beneficial interest in the trust is divided and includes a

fraction of a unit as well as whole units.
