SECTION 2-15-15



   § 2-15-15  Arrest and prosecution of

violators. –

Any police officer, sheriff or any employee of the department of environmental

management having police powers may arrest a violator or violators of

§§ 2-15-12 – 2-15-17 and cause him or her or them to be

prosecuted before the proper court.
