SECTION 5-64-11



   § 5-64-11  Penalties for violations. –

(a) It is a misdemeanor for any person, in offering his or her services to the

public to:



   (1) Use in connection with his or her name any designation

tending to imply that he or she is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist unless

certified under the provisions of this chapter.



   (2) Use in connection with his or her name any designation

tending to imply that he or she is a licensed dietitian/nutritionist during the

time his or her license certificate issued under the provisions of this chapter

is suspended or revoked.



   (3) Violate any of the provisions of this chapter.



   (b) All misdemeanors shall be punishable by a fine of not

more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.
