SECTION 40.1-21-1



   § 40.1-21-1  Mental retardation and

developmental disabilities services. –

The department of mental health, retardation, and hospitals shall be required

to plan, develop, coordinate, and administer a complete, comprehensive and

integrated statewide program for developmentally disabled adults.
