Expungement of certain disciplinary action records.
374.285. Except as provided in section 375.141, all records of
disciplinary actions against an insurance producer which resulted in a
forfeiture or other monetary relief of two hundred dollars or less and places
no other legal duty upon the producer shall be expunged after a period of five
years from the date of the execution of the order or settlement agreement by
the director.

374.285. Except as provided in section 375.141, RSMo, all records of
disciplinary actions against an insurance agent, broker, agency or producer
which resulted in a voluntary forfeiture of two hundred dollars or less
shall be expunged after a period of five years from the date of the
execution of the voluntary forfeiture by the director of the department of
insurance.
