Designation of school district number (Monroe City).

163.016. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 163.011, for any

school district located in more than one county and whose headquarters are

located within a city of the fourth classification with more than two

thousand five hundred but fewer than two thousand six hundred inhabitants and

located in more than one county, the county signified in the school district

number shall be the county in the district with the highest dollar value

modifier.
