Accidents and Accident Reports

SECTION 31-26-7



   § 31-26-7  Supplemental reports. –

The division of motor vehicles may require any driver of a vehicle involved in

an accident of which a report must be made as provided in § 31-26-6 to

file supplemental reports whenever the original report is insufficient in the

opinion of the division of motor vehicles.
