SECTION 28-10-7



   § 28-10-7  Tear gas prohibited. –

It shall be unlawful for any person to use or to cause to be used during the

progress of labor strikes or lockouts of any type, any tear gas,

brombenzylcyanide, or any other gas which would affect the respiratory organs.
