WAC 326-40-070

Determination of commercially useful function.

Whether the work to be performed by a certified business listed in a bid or proposal to a state agency or educational institution is a commercially useful function, as defined in WAC 326-02-030(5), shall be determined by the state agency or educational institution making the award.
