Operators' and Chauffeurs' Licenses

SECTION 31-10-43



   § 31-10-43  Penalties for violations.

–

Any person violating the provisions of § 31-10-6, 31-10-35, or 31-10-39

shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not

exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) or be imprisoned not exceeding three (3)

months.
