Application to existing districts.

278.155. All soil conservation districts organized prior to the

effective date of sections 278.060 to 278.155 shall hereafter be known as

"Soil and Water Conservation Districts" and shall be subject to the

provisions of, and afforded all the privileges granted hereunder.
