Certain sections to terminate, when.

86.364. All provisions of this chapter which authorize the granting of

additional benefits or compensation to beneficiaries shall terminate upon the

issuance of an opinion by the Missouri supreme court which would result in

the state of Missouri being obligated or required to pay any such additional

benefits or compensation even though such additional benefits or compensation

is formally approved or authorized by the appropriate body of the city.
