What if I need an item customized for my own personal needs?

A DVR counselor determines whether to loan or issue a device, tool, piece of equipment or other item based on the reasonable likelihood that the item could be used by another individual if returned to DVR. If the DVR counselor determines an item could not be used by another individual if it were returned to DVR, the DVR counselor may issue the item directly to you without a loan agreement and the item is owned by you at the time of issue.
