Purpose.

The purpose of this chapter shall be to ensure compliance by the Washington state sentencing guidelines commission with the provisions of the Public Records Act, chapter 42.56 RCW, in conjunction with the Criminal Records Privacy Act, chapter 10.97 RCW, as well as chapter 9.94A RCW.
