(a) An ACP applicant or participant has 30 days from
the date of the OAG's denial or cancellation to seek reconsideration.
The OAG may require additional information as deemed necessary. If
the applicant or participant fails to seek reconsideration within
the 30-day time period, the decision of the OAG becomes final.
(b) The OAG shall make a determination on the request
for reconsideration based on the information submitted.
(c) The OAG's determination on the request for reconsideration
is final.
(d) An applicant or participant who has previously
been denied or cancelled from participation in the ACP may reapply
in the event of a new qualifying incident.
