Rule §448.1203 Emergency Evacuation

Every residential program shall:   (1) have emergency evacuation procedures that include provisions for individuals with disabilities;   (2) hold fire drills on each shift at least quarterly and correct identified problems promptly;   (3) post exit diagrams conspicuously throughout the program site (except in small one-story buildings where all exits are obvious); and   (4) be able to clear the building safely and in a timely manner at all times.
