(a) Fees. The pre-planting inspection fee and annual inspection fee, as shown in Table I of §10.13 of this title (relating to Acreage Inspection Fees for Certification), is required to be paid. (b) Applications. All applications for pre-planting inspection and annual inspection must be filed with the Seed Quality Program prior to March 1.
