Hung Yen Garment Joint-Stock Company (HUGACO) is headquartered at No. 83 Trung Trac street, Minh Khai ward, Hung Yen provincial capital, Hung Yen province.
Its charter capital is VND 13.5 billion, 51% of which to be held by the State and 49% sold to its laborers.
