DECISION No. 52/2003/QD-BTC of June 15, 2004 amending the toll rate for Yen Lenh bridge on National Highway No. 38
To amend the toll rate for Yen Lenh bridge on National Highway No. 38, promulgated together with the Finance Minister's Decision No. 46/2004/QD-BTC of May 13, 2004 as follows:
- The phrase "cars of under 7 seats" at Point 2 is annulled;
- Point 3 is amended into "cars of under 12 seats, trucks of a tonnage of under 2 tons and mass transit buses of all kinds."
This Decision takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
