DECREE No. 18/2004/ND-CP of January 10, 2004 on the establishment of wards of Le Chan urban district and communes of Thuy Nguyen and Kien Thuy rural districts, Hai Phong city
To establish Nghia Xa ward of Le Chan urban district on the basis of a land area of 64 ha and a population of 13,779 of Niem Nghia ward.
To merge Me Linh ward of Le Chan urban district to An Bien ward.
To establish Luu Ky commune of Thuy Nguyen rural district on the basis of a land area of 417.03 ha and a population of 2,528 of Luu Kiem commune.
To establish Du Le commune of Kien Thuy rural district on the basis of a land area of 301.61 ha and a population of 4,649 of Kien Quoc commune.
This Decree takes effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.- (Summary)
