DECISION No. 393/QD-TTg of April 10, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Quang Tri province till 2005
Enterprises with the State holding 100% of their charter capital: 12 enterprises.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding more than 50% of their charter capital: 1 in 2003, 1 in 2004 and 1 in 2005.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of shares when shares are sold for the first time: 1 in 2003, 1 in 2004 and 1 in 2005.
Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding under 50% of their charter capital: 6 in 2003 and 7 in 2004.
Enterprises to be merged: 2 in 2005.
Enterprises to be consolidated: 3 in 2004.
Enterprises to be dissolved: 2 in 2003.
Enterprise to be transformed into non-business unit with revenues: 1 in 2003.
Enterprise to be relocated to other place: 1 in 2003.- (Summary)
