DECISION No. 370/QD-TTg of April 3, 2003 approving the master plan for reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs till 2005

Two enterprises shall continue to have 100% of their charter capital owned by the State and remain to be legal entities till 2005, namely International Labor Supply and Trading Company and Labor Export, Trading and Tourism Company.

To merge Labor and Society Publisher into Labor and Society Printing Company to form Labor and Society Publisher in 2003.- (Summary)
