DECISION No. 369/QD-TTg of April 3, 2003 approving the master plan for reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Bac Can province in the 2003-2005 period
Enterprises, which continue to have 100% of their charter capital owned by the State and remain to be legal entities till 2005: 2 public-utility enterprises and 3 business enterprises.
To be equitized, with the State holding under 50% of the charter capital or holding no shares: In 2003: 3 enterprises and in 2004: 5 enterprises.
To be equitized, with the State holding at least 51% of shares when shares are sold for the first time: In 2005: 1 enterprise.- (Summary)
