DECISION No. 261/QD-TTg of March 7, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Dak Lak province in the 2003-2005 period

Enterprises which continue to have 100% of their charter capital held by the State and be legal entities by 2005: 4 public-utility enterprises, 16 business enterprises and 2 enterprises to be transformed into one-member limited liability companies.

To be reorganized under the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 187/1999/QD-TTg of September 16, 1999 on renewing the organization and managerial mechanisms of State-run forestry farms: 41 forestry farms.

To be equitized, with the State holding under 50% of charter capital or holding no share: In 2003: 6 enterprises, in 2004: 1 enterprise; in 2005: 1 enterprise.

To be equitized, with the State holding at least 51% of charter capital when shares are sold for the first time: In 2003: 3 enterprises; in 2004: 1 enterprise.

To be sold in 2003: 6 enterprises.

To be contractually leased in 2003: 2 enterprises.

To be dissolved in 2003: 4 enterprises.

To be bankrupted in 2003: 3 enterprises.

To be transformed into Project Board in 2003: 3 enterprises.

Enterprise which continues to have 100% of its charter capital held by the State but is not yet reorganized pending the Government’s solutions to settle problems for the sugar sector: Sugar Company.- (Summary)
