DECISION No. 260/QD-TTg of March 7, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Ba Ria-Vung Tau province till 2005
Enterprises which continue to have 100% of their charter capital held by the State by 2005: 16 enterprises.
To be equitized, with the State holding over 50% of charter capital: In 2002-2003: 4 enterprises; in 2004: 4 enterprises.
To be equitized, with the State holding under 50% of charter capital or holding no share: In 2002-2003: 6 enterprises; in 2004: 7 enterprises.
To be transformed into non-business unit with revenues: 1 enterprise.
To be dissolved: 2 enterprises.
To be transferred to Vinaconex Corporation (the Ministry of Construction): 1 enterprise.- (Summary)
