DECISION No. 223/QD-TTg of February 25, 2003 approving the master plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under Vietnam Steel Corporation till 2005

Enterprises where the State holds 100% of their charter capital and their legal person status remains unchanged till 2005: 8 enterprises.

Enterprises to be equitized with the State holding at least 51% of shares when their shares are sold for the first time: 1 in 2003 and 1 in 2004.

Enterprises to be merged: 2 in 2003.- (Summary)
