DECISION No. 134/QD-TTg of January 30, 2003 approving the general plan on reorganization and renovation of State enterprises under the People’s Committee of Bac Giang province in the 2003-2005 period
Enterprises where the State continues to hold 100% of their charter capital and their legal person status remains unchanged: 5 public-utility enterprises and 10 enterprises engaged in business activities.
Enterprises to be equitized where the State holds more than 50% of their charter capital: 5 enterprises in 2003 and 2 enterprises in 2004.
Enterprises to be equitized where the State holds under 50% of their charter capital or does not hold shares: 11 enterprises in 2003 and 7 enterprises in 2004.
Enterprises to be merged: 2 enterprises in 2003.- (Summary)
