This Decision amends and supplements Articles 2 and 3 of Decision No. 1253/QD-TTg.

Under the amended contents, the working group for the implementation of the Enterprise Law shall be headed by the Minister of Planning and Investment.

The working group is tasked to:

- Urge and monitor the implementation of the Enterprise Law by the ministries, branches, localities and enterprises; sum up good models and experiences; detect violations and acts against the provisions of the Enterprise Law and decrees guiding the implementation thereof, and report them to the Prime Minister for handling.

- Revise and evaluate the regulations guiding the implementation of the Enterprise Law and other relevant regulations; report and suggest to the Prime Minister amendments and supplements to contents which are no longer suitable.

- Disseminate and propagate the Enterprise Law and its guiding documents to enterprise owners and managers as well as concerned officials who perform the State management thereof; propagate and popularize good models as well as achievements and shortcomings in the implementation of the Enterprise Law with a view to mobilizing public initiatives and opinions for the further implementation of the Enterprise Law in a consistent manner.- (Summary)
