DECISION No. 152/2002/QD-TTg of November 7, 2002 approving the master plan for reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the Trade Ministry in the 2002-2005 period

The master plan for reorganization and renewal of State enterprises under the Trade Ministry in the 2002-2005 period was approved by the Prime Minister. Issued together with this Decision were the list of enterprises, where the State continues to hold 100% of charter capital and maintains its legal person status, and the roadmap for the reorganization of enterprises in each year.

Under this Decision, the Machines and Accessories Corporation shall be dissolved and its independent-accounting enterprises shall be put under the direct management of the Ministry of Trade for equitization.- (Summary)
