JOINT CIRCULAR No. 72/2002/TTLT-TC-XD-NHNN of August 23, 2002 guiding the implementation of policies towards households in flooded areas that purchase on deferred payment house foundations and dwelling houses in residential clusters and lines in the Mekong river delta region
Subject to the application of this Circular are households permanently residing in frequently flooded areas that must move to residential clusters or lines under the approved plannings and wish to purchase on deferred payment house foundations and dwelling houses.- (Summary)
