JOINT CIRCULAR No. 101/2001/TTLT-BTC-BNNPTNT of December 20, 2001 guiding the regime of financial management of the State budget fund invested in the Program on plant varieties, livestock breeds and forestry saplings
The fund for the implementation of the Agriculture and Rural Development Ministry?s subjects and projects on plant varieties, livestock breeds and forestry saplings shall be covered by the central budget. The fund for the implementation of the provincial/municipal People?s Committees subjects and projects on plant varieties, livestock breeds and forestry saplings shall be covered by local budgets.
