To transform Ho Chi Minh City Construction Material and Interior Decoration Company under the People�s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City into Ho Chi Minh City Construction Material & Interior Decoration Joint-Stock Company (CMID).
Its head office: 215-217 Tran Hung Dao street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Its charter capital is VND 20 billion, of which State equities represent 20% and equities sold to the laborers inside the enterprise and shareholders outside the enterprise make up 80%.
Ho Chi Minh City Construction Material & Interior Decoration Joint-Stock Company is engaged in the following business lines:
- Producing and trading in construction materials of various kinds;
- Interior repair and decoration;
- Civil and industrial construction, leveling and filling up construction grounds;
- Dealing in multiple business lines as prescribed by law.- (Summary)
