DECISION No. 130/2000/QD-TTg of November 20, 2000 on the establishment of the Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks Management Board

The Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks, established and attached to the People�s Committee of Thai Nguyen province to manage industrial parks in Thai Nguyen province, shall have to perform the tasks and exercise the powers on the management of industrial parks according to Article 27 of the Regulation on Industrial Parks, Export-Processing Zones and Hi-Tech Parks, issued together with the Government�s Decree No. 36/CP of April 24, 1997.

The Management Board of Thai Nguyen Industrial Parks shall have its legal person status, accounts and seal with national emblem. Its payroll and operation funding are included in Thai Nguyen province�s payroll and budget allocated by the State.- (Summary)
