DECISION No.1108/2000/QD-BTM OF AUGUST 8, 2000 ADJUSTING THE DETAILED LIST OF GOODS BANNED FROM CIRCULATION, TRADE SERVICES BANNED FROM PROVISION; GOODS AND SERVICES SUBJECT TO RESTRICTED BUSINESS OR CONDITIONAL BUSINESS, ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECISION No. 0088/2000/QD-BTM OF JANUARY 18, 2000
THE MINISTER OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 95/CP of December 4, 1993 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 11/1999/ND-CP of March 3, 1999 on goods banned from circulation, trade services banned from provision; goods and service subject to restricted business or conditional business;
Pursuant to the Government�s Decree No. 23/2000/ND-CP of July 13, 2000 on taking amomum-tsac-kuo tree out of Group IIA of Decree No. 18/HDBT of January 17, 1992 and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development�s Official Dispatch No. 2575/BNN-KL of July 31, 2000 on the circulation and consumption of amomum-tsac-kuo;
Pursuant to the Ministry of Health�s Official Dispatch No. 5582/YT-QLD of July 31, 2000 adjusting the list of chemicals banned from business, in Decision No. 0088/2000/QD-BTM.
Pursuant to the Government Office�s Official Dispatch No. 5126/VPCP-KTTH of November 8, 1999 announcing the Prime Minister�s opinions on authorizing the Minister of Trade to promulgate the detailed list of goods banned from circulation, trade services banned from provision; goods and services subject to restricted business or conditional business,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To adjust a number of points of the list issued together with Decision No. 0088/QD-BTM of January 18, 2000 as follows:
1. To take amomum-tsac-kuo out of Group II, Section IV of the list of goods banned from circulation, trade services banned from provision, and make it free-circulation goods
2. To transfer the whole of "Table IV- including pre-substances and chemicals used in the preparation of narcotics" under Section II, Part One "List of goods banned from circulation, trade services banned from provision" to Clause III "Toxic chemicals and products containing toxic chemicals" under Section I, Part Three "goods and trade services subject to conditional business".
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing.
