The Management Board of the national target program for rural clean water and environmental hygiene shall be set up by the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development to assist the latter in managing, directing and administering the execution of the national target program for rural clean water and environmental hygiene throughout the country.

The Regulation, promulgated together with this Decision specifies the tasks of the Program Management Board, the responsibilities of the Management Board�s members; the tasks of the Standing Office of the Management Board; the operation principles and working relationship between the Management Board and its Standing Office.- (Summary)
