DECISION No. 26/1999/QD/BNN-TCCB3 of February 2, 1999 ratifying and promulgating the organization and operation charter of the Overseas Labor Employment Services and Construction Corporation

To ratify and promulgate together with this Decision the organization and operation charter of the Overseas Labor Employment Services and Construction Corporation (or OLECO in abbreviation). The Corporation is a State enterprise and has the following tasks and trade lines:

- To construct the water works, dikes and dams, water reservoirs, irrigation and drainage systems, small- and medium-sized hydroelectric power plants, hydraulic projects in hydroelectric power plants; traffic, civil and industrial works.

- To exploit and transport construction materials.

- To provide specialized supplies, materials, parts and equipment export-import services.

- To establish labor cooperation with foreign countries.

- To trade in residential houses and hotels.- (Summary)
