DECISION No.1144-TTg of December 29, 1997 on the establishment of a Steering Committee for Drafting the Law on Industrial Parks.

The Steering Committee for Drafting the Law on Industrial Parks shall be headed by the Chairman of the Board for Management of Vietnam's Industrial Parks and comprise members being a Vice Minister of Justice, a Vice Minister of Planning and Investment, A Vice Minister of Finance, a Vice Minister of Industry, a Vice Minister of Trade, a Vice Minister of Construction and a Vice Minister of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs.

The Steering Board shall organize and direct the drafting of the Law on Industrial Parks and submit it to the Government in 1998 for further submission to the National Assembly Standing Committee.-
