Decision No.150-TTg of March 11, 1997 of the Prime Minister on the replacement of a number of members of the National Organizing Committee for the 7th Francophone Summit in 1997 in Hanoi.

To appoint Mr. Nguyen Khanh Toan, Vice Minister of the Interior, in replacement of Mr. Pham Tam Long as a member of the Committee.

To appoint Mr. Tran Xuan Nhi, Vice Minister of Education and Training, in replacement of Mr. Pham Minh Hac as a member of the Committee.- (Summary)
