DECISION No.655-TTg of OCTOBER 13, 1995 OF THE PRIME MINISTER TO TRANSFER THE PROPERTIES OF SOCIAL INSURANCE ORGANIZATIONS UNDER THE MANAGEMENT OF THE VIETNAM GENERAL CONFEDERATION OF LABOR AND THE LABOR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS SERVICE TO THE VIETNAM SOCIAL INSURANCE (Summary)
To transfer the properties, which include land, houses, equipment, facilities, capital, funds, debts and other kinds of property of the social insurance service under the management of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs Service, and have been inventoried in accordance with Decision No.472-TTg of August 31st, 1994 of the Prime Minister, to the Vietnam Social Insurance.
The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor continues to manage and utilize the properties in the system of rest houses and guest houses of the social insurance organizations in accordance with current State stipulations.-
