To convert the Rubber Professional Technical School into the Rubber Professional Technical Intermediate School under the Vietnam Rubber Corporation. The Rubber Professional Technical Intermediate School shall be a training public-service unit, have the legal person status and its own seal.

The school is headquartered at Dong Xoai town, Binh Phuoc province.

The school shall have the following principal tasks:

- Training and fostering technical and economic cadres of intermediate level.

- Training, fostering technical workers.

- Participating in scientific research and application of scientific and technical advances relating to the school�s training contents as well as transfer of technical advances in service of the production.

- Cooperating with domestic and foreign training, research, production and business establishments in order to combine training with production.

- Managing the organization, personnel and assets of the school as assigned by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and according to the State regulations.-
