The Construction Minister instructs chairmen of management boards and general directors of corporations and parent companies operating after the parent-subsidiary company model, directors of independent companies and heads of units under the Ministry to perform several tasks and solutions to raising the production and business efficiency as well as competitiveness of the Construction Ministry’s enterprises in the process of international economic integration and fulfillment of WTO commitments.- (Summary)
