Guiding the coordinated settlement of fatal labor accidents and other labor accidents showing signs of crime
This Joint Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in “CONG BAO” and replaces Joint Circular No. 08/TT-LB of April 7, 1982, of the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of the Interior (now the Ministry of Public Security) and the Supreme People’s Procuracy.- (Summary)
